Rules
So no challenge is complete without a set of agreed upon rules and guidelines. The contest is a race to 100lb of weight loss. Weights and measurements will be posted regularly so you can join with us in celebrating each and every goal.
We will begin with a weigh-in and measurements and weight will be taken every month by an impartial 3rd (or 4th) party – or if one cannot be found, we will each keep the others accountable!
- Exercise can be achieved by any number of means available to each individual
- Nutrition programs can be used by the individual as they see fit
- Supplements can be used
- Steroids may NOT be used (no juice guys!)
- Surgery or surgical alteration will NOT be allowed
- You may weigh yourself as often as you like but official weigh-ins/measurements will be done by each participant on the same scale at the same time each month.
- The contest will end when one or more of the competitors reaches 100 lbs of weight-loss
The official start date is MAY 1st 2009.
