Chicken and Rice Food Prep

The easiest way for me to deal with food during the week is to make large batches ahead of time.  Obviously this isn’t the only food I’ll be eating this week but this takes the longest for me to prep.  I’m actually getting used to the taste and not craving junk food as much.  Again, I’m taking things slow – but to me, prepping for the week ahead saves me!

My Plan (or Pre-Plan) to Lose 100lbs

So here it is!  My pre-plan to lose 100lbs.  I’ve attempted this so many times, but this approach is different than any other I’ve done.  This time I’m choosing to start slow and build a great foundation!  This video is a little long, but it shows my plan for the next 12 weeks.  I’d love for you to leave a comment and let me know what you think!  Thanks for your support!
