Join the 100lb Challenge
Losing 100lbs is only 1 goal in this journey. Many of you don’t have anywhere near this amount of weight to lose, and some of you may have more. But whatever the number, taking control of your health is the ultimate goal!
I would love some company during my journey. If you’re interested in joining the challenge I’d like to suggest a few simple guidelines to keep us all moving together. You can fill out the form on this page and you’ll be included in the challenge!

2. Set small, achievable, measurable goals that you can build on for the next 12 weeks.
3. Join the conversation here, on Facebook and on Youtube.
4. This is not about competing with anyone but yourself!
5. Offer encouragement and support to others in a kind and respectful way.
6. Have FUN!
